Esports/Gaming Talent Handler

Job Description

1. Monitor content creators/talents’ live streams daily and prepare reports of research and findings of Gaming creators’ performance.
2. Attend to content creators/talents’ day-to-day issues and follow up with both Facebook Team and content creators/talents until the issue is solved.
3. Submitting weekly reports covering talent performance, program update and feedback from content creators to Talent Manager.
4. Managing Facebook’s ad-hoc product logistics for content creators.
5. To work with the team in execution of Facebook Gaming related projects, in-house projects & branded deals.

Keperluan

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Events or Esports/Gaming industry.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
3. Mature, diligent, and able to provide commitment in meeting deadlines.
4. Resourceful with great interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality.

• Devise in-depth content strategy, direction, calendar, and story angles according to key happenings in the local esports and mobile gaming space.
• Actively pursue storytelling opportunities and maximise content mileage across channels (editorial, social media, video). Chase and execute content ideas that deliver maximum impact in audience growth, reach, engagement, website traffic. 
• Mainly responsible for editorial KPIs and metrics, such as unique visitors, page views, and more.
