Kohai Lets You Rank Up in MLBB/PUBG Mobile With Geek Fam!
If you're struggling to rank up in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang or PUBG Mobile, and you don't have any friends to help you, Kohai might be the answer to your problems. The game matchmaking service that was in testing earlier this year is now officially released to everyone. Similar to GANK and Whales Esports, Kohai is another platform for players to seek or offer their gaming skills and knowledge to help other players out.
The name Kohai comes from the Japanese word meaning junior, and on the platform, users engage a Senpai (master/teacher) who will help them improve their game by either playing with them or through coaching. This service will allow people who are good at games to earn some income with said skills. What Kohai aims to do to distinguish itself from the competition is by offering a more personalized experience for its users and partners.
Kohai were also upfront with their fees, outlining them and how each session works in the press release:
Kohai seems to have made a splash with its launch. They announced that it had the backing of Infinite Worldwide Group Berhad (IWG) for funding and are also collaborating with Geek Fam on its service. You'll be able to get coaching from their PUBG Mobile and MLBB players! To celebrate the launch, the platform is also hosting an RM 11,000 amateur MLBB tournament, the Kohai Championships, from 4-26 September. Unfortunately, registration has ended, so you'll only be able to spectate it on their Facebook Page but fret not - they intend to hold more tournaments in the future.
