Priority has been placed on the health and safety of everyone involved.

Hot on the heels of PUBG Mobile announcing the postponement of the PUBG Mobile Professional League MY/SG earlier today, the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MY/SG) was also postponed for an indefinite period.

The official statement can be found below:

“In view of recent developments around the COVID-19 situation, including the nationwide Movement Control Order in Malaysia, the MPL-MY/SG Season 5 Regular Season will be postponed until further notice. Ultimately, the health and safety of all our players, fans, and staff is our biggest priority. We wish for all fans and players to stay safe and take care during this period. Fans and players can stay tuned for more updates on the official Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Facebook page at www.facebook.com/MobileLegendsGameMalaysia/.”

While all tournament action has been put on hold, the MPL-MY/SG Season 5 web series Bangkit will continue to air on schedule. Fans can catch the upcoming episodes of Bangkit every Thursday at 6pm on the MLBB Facebook page, or on eGG Network (Astro CH800).
