MPL Update | Aura and BLCK Dominate MPL-PH S7 Regular Season
As of yesterday, all the regular season matches of the different Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League regions have finally been completed, with the conclusion of MPL-PH S7 regular season. Here's a quick rundown of what happened:
- Execration vs Laus Playbook Esports (2-0)
- Aura vs Onic (1-2)
- Blacklist vs Nexplay (2-1)
- Cignal Ultra vs Bren (0-2)
- Omega Esports vs Laus Playbook Esports (2-0)
- Work Auster Force vs Laus Playbook Esports (2-1)
- Onic vs Blacklist (0-2)
- Aura vs Execration (1-2)
- Bren Esports vs Omega Esports (2-1)

The top position of each group didn't change, even though group leaders Aura lost both of their matches last weekend. Fortunately, their current points were enough to let them remain, while group B leaders, Blacklist continued their dominance by winning both of their matches. Blacklist finish the groups 12-1, with 32 points and none of the other teams even coming close. We say goodbye to Cignal Ultra (still 0 matches won) and Laus Playbook Esports, they'll have to try harder next season.
Bren managed to overtake Work Auster Force for the second spot in their group, barely making it into the upper bracket of the playoffs. Execration did the same to Nexplay but they'll still be in the lower bracket to start. Here are the upcoming first round matches:

MSC 2021 Update
We've got some updates on the upcoming MLBB Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) 2021. Moonton officially announced the teams from Laos and Thailand who will be taking part at this year's tournament: Nightmare Esports from Laos, and 2017 MSC winners from Thailand, I Do Not Sleep! Based on the official website, it looks like we'll also see Bigetron Alpha and EVOS SG joining the lineup. EVOS Legends should be there since they won MPL-ID S7 and we expect RSG SG as well. The remaining teams should be - 2 from MPL-MY, 2 from MPL-PH, 1 from Vietnam and 1 from Cambodia (12 teams in total) - but we'll find out in due time. Stay tuned for more info!
