NXT Pro Invitational 2020 lets seven of the country’s top ML:BB teams compete for a cause. NXT Pro Invitational’s ₱ 100,000 prize pool will be donated to COVID-19 frontliners.
Powered by TaskUs and presented by Nexplay Esports, NTX Pro Invitational will see heavy contention between the strongest Mobile Legends players in the Philippines. The tournament will be for the benefit of the Kaya Natin! Movement, a non-profit NGO that promotes good governance and ethical leadership in the country. Kaya Natin translates to ‘we can do it’ in English. To address the current health situation, they are currently holding donation drives for the benefit of our medical frontliners – arming our modern-day heroes with the weapons they need to combat the current medical situation. As of May 4, 2020, the movement has donated over 111,825 sets of Personal Protective Equipment, 12,791 food and care packs in 533 hospitals and communities.
The tournament started last week and will resume today, 11th May, with the Grand Finals taking place tomorrow, 12th May. Tune in to Moymoy Palaboy’s page to catch the action live!
The Noble Seven
Seven noble teams answered the call for the NXT Pro Invitational 2020 tournament. These are:
- Cignal Ultra
- Nexplay Predator Solid
- ArkAngel Esports
- Sana Makapasok
- Bren Esports
These teams will be representing the local ML:BB community. As they play through the matches for the entertainment of others, they also play for the benefit of others.
Join the Fight
Although the tournament will see seven teams competing, fans are encouraged to join the bigger fight. Our battle against coronavirus will not be solved by ₱100,000, but every additional help we give to our health workers will get us closer to our goal. Therefore, the seven teams are encouraging their fans to donate what they could towards the tournament’s prize pool. In return, the teams will be giving their all for your entertainment.
Fans interested in donating can visit Nexplay’s website for instructions on how to do so.
