We’ve got some good news from our partner, Buddy Beater, a 2D real-time multiplayer battle royale on the Ethereum chain. The developers have announced the campaign “Own First, Mint Later” and “No Gas War” letting players own an avatar before anyone else by purchasing the Golden Lollipop Ticket. The price starts at 0.04 ETH (previously 0.08 ETH). Every purchase of this Golden Lollipop Ticket will also receive an exclusive item set.
Limited to 3,200 tickets, each Golden Lollipop Ticket allows a player to buy 1 avatar per ticket. Players are limited to owning a maximum of 3 tickets per wallet. Every purchase will also include exclusively designed items that are only available during the early bird period!
You can now purchase the Golden Lollipop Ticket for 0.04 ETH from today until April 25, while stocks last. Astro’s esports and gaming entertainment arm, eGG Network, takes its first step into the universe of non-fungible tokens (NFT) through a partnership with Buddy Beater by Quinzy, a game studio based in Singapore. Buddy Beater is a 2D animation multiplayer battle royale game featuring 4 species: Sapiens, Beast, Ancient and Mutant, each with the same aim of conquering the world they share.
Buddy Beater will officially launch in May 2022. It is designed based on a play-to-earn system on the Ethereum chain where players can have fun and earn at the same time. Gamers can look out for eGG Network in-game items and collectible assets.

The developers have affirmed that this will be a sustainable and fairly distributed game; there will be no ICO, no pre-sale, and no Airdrop, a model that is developed with a well-designed tokenomic system. A total of 18,888 avatars are up for grabs which will be minted at 0.08 ETH (excluding gas fees) on 3 May 2022.
