The standards for mobile esports just got higher. One of the world's most reputable electronic sport company, ESL Gaming, has extended the reach of its mobile esports ecosystem (ESL Mobile) beyond North America and Europe, with the Asia-Pacific - yes, that includes Southeast Asia - and MENA (Middle East/North Africa) regions joining its ranks, totalling up to more than 80 countries eligible for ESL Mobile.

Two ESL Mobile seasons will take place this year, with the ESL Mobile Spring 2021 making its worldwide debut in April. Each season comprises two stages: the ESL Mobile Open and the all-new ESL Mobile Challenge.
The ESL Mobile Open will be open to public, regardless of your skills. Anyone can compete in the aforementioned mobile titles, as they battle through two phases and two more play-ins to advance to the next stage, the ESL Mobile Challenge. The second stage will pit the best Open players against invited top-tier teams in standard regular-season-to-finals format, not to mention that it'll be broadcast all over the world. Season 1 will be adopting an online-only format, but the Finals will be held live at the world's biggest esports events.
And finally, ESL Mobile will allow players to win a share of the whopping US$650,000 prize pool.
