What a way to close out the year - Creators Collision 4.0 concluded last night with a bang - after the group stages, quarter and semi-finals, the teams were narrowed down to the final two: Hope We Are Not Last and CookVeryWell. They duked it out in an epic best-of-seven series that went all the way to the seventh game, that CookVeryWell snatched away with a 142 point lead - talk about close! Despite Hope We Are Not Last surpassing all expectations of their team name, it wasn't enough to secure the gold.

Tournament format
Day 1 and Day 2
The creators will be split into eight teams and will be competing in random kitchens on day 1 or day 2 of the tournament. Each team will have 30 minutes to earn the highest possible score for the kitchen they are assigned to. They may attempt each kitchen an unlimited amount of times and freely restart as long as they are within the time limit. At the end of the day, teams will be ranked from highest to lowest according to the aggregate score for the day. Teams ranked 5th to 8th will be eliminated.
Day 3
Quarter-Finals
The remaining teams (eight teams) will have 15 minutes to try for the highest possible score in two kitchens. The top four will advance to the semi-finals, while the bottom four are eliminated.
Semi-Finals
The teams will be playing versus mode against each other - two rounds per team, two players per team. Seeding is based on the total points so far. Teams will play two kitchens each, and players can only play one match each. The top two teams advance to the finals.
Finals
The top two teams will play a best-of-seven Kitchens in versus mode. All maps are random, and teams can rotate amongst their players as they wish.

After an intense 2-day cookout, the dust in the kitchen settled and thousands of hungry mouths satiated, the winners of the Creators Collision: Overcooked! Straight out of the gates on day 1, Team Salty proved that they weren't to be messed with, showing no mercy to their opponents and cooking up a storm. Their momentum kept on day 2 and managed to remain on top. The only close contenders were Team Suka Suki who finished second in the tournament, a close 300 points behind. Regardless, these players all gave their best and deserve recognition for taking part in the event.

As a first-time competitive Overcooked! spectator, it really opened my eyes to the level of teamwork people can achieve in this game. These Creators made the game look so simple and easy compared to my personal experience with it (I was terrible and let my friends down 😂), what I watched was a completely different game! If you missed the tournament that was streamed on our Facebook Page, watch the VODs for day 1 and 2 below:

The Creators Collision All-Star Wild Rift Tournament kicked off its three-day run yesterday, pitting some of the most renowned Facebook Gaming Creators against each other in Riot Games' League of Legends mobile title, Wild Rift. However, instead of starting the all-star battle right away, fans were invited to join the fun in the Underground Fans Challenge for Day 1.
The Underground Fans Challenge saw participating fans forming their own squads - a couple of them with delicious names like Team Lemang (bamboo rice), Kam Heong Crab and Poori (fried bread) - to go up against two teams (Team Domination and Team Resolve) of the top voted Creators as dictated by supporters too. To spice up the best-of-one series, RM1,000 was rewarded to the winning team.
It seems that fans were more than eager to bag that prize money, with a total of eight games won by supporters in the Underground Fans Challenge. That's RM8,000 in total that went to the fans. And now, the real battle begins!
Catch the main event of the Creators Collision All-Star Wild Rift Tournament from 29 - 30 December, 12pm (GMT +8) LIVE on eGG Network TV and our Facebook page.
