With PMPL MY/SG S4 starting this week, a number of PUBG Mobile Tournaments have been wrapping up in time, and that includes the Liga Esukan Malaysia 2021 (MEL21). The tournament, which has been going on since July, started off as local state tournaments that culminated at the national-level grand finals, and the PUBG Mobile one ended yesterday. The final leaderboard was pretty close at the top, featuring multiple teams that could have snatched the gold medal had they performed better in a couple of rounds throughout the weekend. When the dust had settled, first and second place belonged to Selangor (Farang Guerilla) and Pulau Pinang (TY Savior), respectively.
Congratulations to Helton, Mango, Adibz11 and Funky11 of Farang Guerilla - Selangor's representatives, for winning the MEL21 PUBG Mobile Nationals! They walk away with a cut of the prize pool and the coveted title. They showed a lot of skill and consistency during the tournament and are one to look out for at future events. Perhaps we'll see them at PMPL in the future, who knows? In any case, you can watch the full tournament on ESI's Facebook Page.
