An all-new open-world survival shooter, Undawn, is on its way to both smartphones and PC. Taking into account that Undawn will be developed for PC gamers too, you can definitely expect the quality of the game to be of high-caliber.

Developed by Tencent Games’ internal division LightSpeed and Quantum Studios with Unreal Engine 4, Undawn will land you a post-apocalyptic world infested with zombies and the like, as you scavenge for supplies, manage your vitals, and of course, gun down any hostile enemies that stand in your way, both solo and with your friend(s). Undawn will feature:

There are currently no details whether Undawn will include mobile/PC cross-play, but if it does, it'll undoubtedly encourage more people to join in the survival. Undawn was first announced at Garena World 2021, which even gave viewers a glimpse of its combat and universe.

Undawn will be released in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand on iOS, Android, and PC later this year. The game is currently in its pre-alpha stage of testing, so if you want to be a pre-alpha tester of Undawn, you can sign up for it as well.

The first Super Weekend of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship Season 0 (PMGC S0) was supposed to conclude yesterday, but many of you must have been wondering what happened when the stream didn't start on time. According to the official PUBG Mobile Esport page, there was a power outage at the broadcast studio in Katowice yesterday.

Since the first two days are completed, we can still take a look at what happened on Friday and Saturday. After 10 rounds of matches, Four Angry Men (4AM) from China are sitting nicely on top of the leaderboard, followed by Bigetron RA (BTR RA) and RRQ Athena (RRQ Ath). What a turn of events, considering the placement of the teams after the first two weekdays.

It's definitely too early to tell who's going to run away with the trophy at this point in time, but you can tell who's in shape. BTR RA have remained extremely consistent and almost everybody else has shifted around. Fortunately, for the teams that climbed, the Super Weekend points are the only points that matter.

Team Secret are currently struggling - despite one Chicken Dinner finish on Friday, they have been eliminated at close to last place in almost all their matches. We hope that it's just the usual Team Secret warming up routine and that they'll bounce back in shape over the next few weeks. Go Malaysia! On the same boat are Loops and Futbolist, while Klas Digital Athletics, KoniaPower and Nova Esports have all stepped it up.

At the time of writing, there is no confirmation on when it will be postponed to (possibly later today or tomorrow). Hopefully we won't have to wait long to watch day 3 being played out, and that it doesn't affect the schedules of the players too drastically but we can only sit and wait.

In the meantime, stay tuned to eGG Network and we'll keep you up to date on PMGC S0 and other PUBG Mobile news. Catch all the action from 24 November to 20 December at 7 PM (GMT+8) on eGG Network TV (CH800 for MY viewers).
