Free Fire has been keeping busy with crossover events for most of the year and today they announced another one in the pipeline. This time, for its first-ever collaboration with a movie franchise, we'll be seeing the world of Free Fire collide with the upcoming Marvel Comics film, Venom: Let There Be Carnage. The new update, launching 10 October, will feature elements of Venom and Carnage, giving players access to new playable content, in-game items, collectables and a dedicated in-game event. Garena mentioned that there will also be hints of Free Fire in the movie, so keep your eyes peeled when you watch you watch it (in the cinemas on 11 November or your favourite streaming service, when/if it gets released there).
Exact details of the event and items have yet to be revealed but there's a hint of what's to come in the released key art - Venom and Carnage inspired outfits for your Free Fire characters to wear. October 10 is only a couple of weeks away so we don't have to wait too long to find out. In the meantime, if you haven't already, you can download Free Fire for Android or iOS. Make sure you catch the MCP Majors happening this weekend and stay tuned to eGG Network for more news and updates!
