FIFA 21 and FIFA Online 4 fans unite - the Virtual Bundesliga (VBL) International Series is back again for the fourth year in a row! Featuring entrants from 17 countries across three continents, the VBL International Series will see players fighting for the lion's share of the $10,000 prize pool. If you've been looking forward to this tournament, you'll be pleased to know that registrations are now open. Malaysia and Indonesia have been grouped together for the Country Qualifiers, with the top 6 players proceeding to the Asia Finals where they will go up against the top players from Japan, Singapore and India as well. The game will be FIFA 21, on the PlayStation 4, 1v1 mode.

For countries like China, Vietnam, South Korea and Thailand, FIFA Online 4 will be the game of choice - for the first time in VBL history, a great decision that allows them to reach more players in those countries than ever before. Vietnam will even have a live offline event for their qualifiers! For the USA, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil, the game will be FIFA 21.

First place winners from each country will receive US $300 each, and second place $100. Qualified competitors will also receive an exclusive Bundesliga Club jersey. Moving on to the Regional Finals, winners will get $1,000 and runner ups $500. Not a bad chunk of change for essentially 3 days of playing your favourite football game!

Registrations are now open, what are you waiting for? Head over to the VBL Battlefy site to sign yourself up.

Country Qualifiers will be held on 4-5 May for Malaysia/Indonesia, with the rest of the world following suit. Regional Finals will be held from 16 May onwards. The Regional Finals will be broadcast on eGG Network TV so make sure you catch the action live on our channel! Follow our Facebook for more details.
