What to watch: PMWL 2020 East, Apex Legends Global, and more

PMWL 2020 East Super Weekend 2

One down, two more Super Weekends to go until the League Finals. The last weekend saw Thailand’s RRQ Athena leading the pack with 205 points, overcoming the likes of current world champions Bigetron RA and GXR Celtz, the winner of PMPL South Asia Spring Split 2020. Malaysian representatives Team Secret managed to make the cut with impressive results, although Yoodo Gank will be sitting this one out.

The PMWL 2020 East continues today (24 July) at 8PM with Super Weekend Week 2, followed by the last League Play on 28 and 29 July. The PUBG Mobile tournament stream will be broadcast LIVE on the eGG Network TV channel, plus the official PUBG Mobile Facebook and YouTube pages.

Apex Legends Global Series: Summer Circuit (Americas & EMEA)

Apex Legends esports has finally arrived on eGG Network TV! Witness the best of the best Apex teams continue to battle it out in the Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) Summer Circuit for a winning slice of the US$500,000 total prize pool. The world series comprises four Super Regionals (this weekend will be the third), Last Chance Qualifiers and a two-day Playoffs.

Witness the ALGS Summer Circuit Super Regional 3 of the Americas (27 July, 6.30AM) and EMEA (28 July, 11AM) on eGG Network TV. Or if you’re an online viewer, you can opt for the official Apex Legends Twitch or YouTube pages.

FIFA 20 Summer Cup Series (Asia & South America)

The FIFA 20 Summer Cup Series pits the top FIFA players across six regions to compete in a slew of online tournaments not only for a share of the US$228,000 total prize pool, but also bragging rights as the EA SPORTS FIFA 20 Regional Champion. For the Asian and South American regions, eight participants will show off their virtual football prowess to prove that they’re worthy of the lion’s share of the US$30,000 prize pool.

The FIFA 20 Summer Cup Series continues tomorrow onwards, with the South American region happening from 25 – 27 July at 1AM, while the Asian region will run from 28 – 30 July at 4PM. Catch them all on eGG Network TV or online for Twitch!

OGA Dota PIT Season 2: Europe/CIS

Eight of the best European and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) Dota 2 teams have been invited once again to compete in Season 2 of the OGA Dota PIT, this time for a US$170,000 prize pool. With the likes of OG, Nigma and Ninjas in Pyjamas as part of the lineup, any sane Dota 2 fan wouldn’t want to miss out on some top-notch esports action.

The OGA Dota Pit Season 2 for Europe/CIS begins 27 July at 5PM, with subsequent match days running from 29 – 31 July at 1AM. The stream will be broadcast LIVE on eGG Network TV, and Twitch for online users.
