What to watch: PMWL East, PMNC Playoffs and more

PUBG Mobile World League 2020 Season Zero – East Division

The East Division of the world’s biggest PUBG Mobile esports league continues with its first ever Super Weekend. This phase – which happens every weekend (duh) until 2 August – is particularly crucial to its 20 participating teams, as points accrued during this stage will count towards their standings and dictate whether they can reach the top 16, advancing to the League Finals. Who will take the lead this weekend?

The PMWL 2020 East continues today (17 July) at 8PM with Super Weekend Week 1, followed by two weeks of League Play and a three-day Finals that concludes on 10 August. The PMWL 2020 East tournament stream will be broadcast LIVE on the eGG Network TV channel, plus PUBG Mobile Facebook and YouTube.

PUBG Mobile Malaysia National Championship 2020 Playoffs

The Yoodo-backed PMNC 2020 has finally the Playoffs! The 16 grand finalists will battle it out for the top 5 to only win large slices of the RM100,000 prize pool but more impressively so, entries into the upcoming PUBG Mobile Professional League Malaysia/Singapore (PMPL MY/SG) Fall Split 2020 to boost their professional esports pursuit. A showmatch between the likes of of Arov (formerly Bigetron AROV), Geek Fam, NED Brotherhood, EVOS and Resurgence will also take place in the latest Livik map on Day 3.

The PMNC 2020 Playoffs begins today (2.30PM) until Sunday (17 – 19 July), with the live stream available on the official Facebook pages of PUBG Mobile and Yoodo Esports.

Yoodo Campus Esports Championship (KEK) Semester 3 Grand Finals

After six weeks of competition, the collegiate esports tournament of Yoodo KEK 3 is finally coming to an end. The best Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Call of Duty: Mobile student teams of each state will lock horns with each other for bragging rights around campus, as well scholarships and the lion’s share of the RM50,000 Grand Finals prize pool.

The Yoodo KEK 3 Grand Finals begins this weekend (18 – 19 July), with the thrill being streamed online on Yoodo and MyGameOn’s Facebook pages.
