ZZZ's combat system rewards tight switching combos and chain attacks, so we heavily weight how well each agent fits into high-performing team compositions.

Ranking Methodology

Agents are ranked across all roles — Attacker, Stun, Support, and Defense — based on their contribution to clearing endgame content efficiently. We consider base damage, elemental application, Assist and Chain Attack strength, and W-Engine synergy. S-tier agents either define the 最佳 teams in the game or are irreplaceable in their role.

Current Meta Analysis

Version 1.5 continues to favor Ice and Electric teams in Shiyu Defense, though Fire compositions have surged with Lighter's addition. Ellen Joe remains the premier DPS in the game — her Shark Stance charged attacks deal absurd Ice damage, especially when paired with Lycaon for Stun support and Soukaku for Ice buffs. Zhu Yuan dominates Ether content with her Ether bullets and excellent Chain Attack scaling. Miyabi introduced a new Ice DPS ceiling with her Frost Blade mechanics and off-field damage, creating flexible team options. Lighter's Fire support and massive Stun contribution have single-handedly elevated Fire teams. Caesar King provides unmatched defensive utility with her shield and counter mechanics while buffing the entire team's damage through her Defense Assist. The gap between S and A tier is significant — while A-tier agents are 强 and clear all content, S-tier agents do it noticeably faster and with more room for error.
