Fire Emblem collectors, this one is dangerous for the wallet.
Intelligent Systems and Good Smile Company have announced two new 1/7 scale figures of Azura from Fire Emblem Fates, and both are based on her major in-game costume variants. One is the White Songstress version inspired by Hoshido, while the other is the Dark Songstress version tied to Nohr.
Each figure is priced at ￥32,780 / US$226.99. For Malaysian collectors, that roughly puts one figure in the RM1,000+ range before shipping, taxes, proxy fees, or retailer markups. So yeah, this is not casual shelf filler — this is premium display-piece territory.
Two Azura Figures, Same Pose, Different Vibe
Both versions of Azura are 1/7 scale figures and stand at around 280mm, or about 11 inches, when displayed with their stands. Good Smile Company is keeping the sculpt consistent between the two releases: the pose, expression, and polearm are the same.
The big difference is the costume treatment. The White Songstress version leans into Azura’s lighter Hoshido design, with white and blue as the key colours. The Dark Songstress version flips the mood toward Nohr, using darker purple tones instead.
For Fire Emblem Fates fans, that split is basically the whole appeal. The game’s identity is built around choosing between Hoshido and Nohr, so having both versions of Azura side by side is the kind of collector setup that looks insanely good — and also costs a small fortune.
Release Window and Pre-Orders
The Azura White Songstress and Dark Songstress figures will first launch in Japan in June 2027. A worldwide release is planned after that in Q4 2027.
Pre-orders are already open and will run until June 10, 2026. That gives Malaysian and SEA collectors some time to decide whether to order directly, wait for local hobby shops, or go through Japanese figure retailers and forwarding services.
If you usually buy figures in Malaysia, the main thing to watch is final landed cost. A figure at this price can jump quite a bit once international shipping and import-related fees enter the chat, especially because 1/7 scale boxes are rarely small.
Good Smile Still Loves Fire Emblem
This is not Good Smile Company’s first run with Fire Emblem Fates characters. Corrin has received figure treatment before, including a Nohrian design, while both Corrin and Elise have also appeared as Nendoroids.
That makes Azura a pretty natural next pick. She is one of the most recognisable characters from Fates, and her two costume identities give Good Smile an easy way to target both sides of the fanbase.
Fire Emblem Fates itself remains available on Nintendo 3DS, though getting into the game today is obviously more of a collector or legacy handheld situation. For SEA fans who grew up on 3DS-era Fire Emblem, these Azura figures feel like a proper nostalgia hit — expensive, yes, but very display-worthy if Fates is your era.
