Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Hits Netflix’s Global Top 10 After U.S. Drop

Jujutsu Kaisen is still doing big numbers, even while fans are stuck waiting for proper Season 4 news.

According to Netflix Tudum, the anime pulled more than 1.5 million views on Netflix’s global chart after Season 3 was added to the platform’s U.S. library on July 23, 2026. That is the interesting part: the chart window covered July 20 to July 26, meaning Jujutsu Kaisen only had a few days inside that tracking period and still landed at No. 10 among Netflix’s most-watched non-English shows globally.

Not bad for a season that had already started earlier in the year.

Season 3 first premiered on Crunchyroll in January as part of the Winter 2026 anime lineup. The season was also available on Netflix at the time, but only in a few Asian regions, according to the source. The July 23 update expanded the latest season to Netflix’s U.S. catalogue, giving the series another visibility boost and helping it climb back into the streamer’s worldwide rankings.

Where the anime is right now

Story-wise, Season 3 picked up after the madness of the Shibuya Incident Arc. Satoru Gojo had been sealed inside the Prison Realm, and Kenjaku’s Culling Game pushed the series into full battle royale mode.

The season ended with the Culling Game still unresolved, leaving fans hanging while Season 4 takes shape. The latest stretch also included a major Sendai battle where Yuta Okkotsu again showed why he sits near the top of the sorcerer food chain, behind only Gojo in reputation.

For now, there is still no confirmed release window for Season 4. But the first teaser has already signalled that MAPPA is aiming to keep the animation standard high. That matters because Jujutsu Kaisen’s fight animation is one of the main reasons the anime has become such a monster hit in the first place.

Season 4 could move fast

The next season is expected to wrap up the Culling Game Arc. If it runs with a similar episode count to Season 3, the pacing may be tight, especially with so many battles and character turns still left to cover.

There is also the possibility that the anime could end by teasing the Shinjuku Showdown Arc. That has not been confirmed, so treat this as speculation based on where the story is heading, not an official announcement.

Why this matters for Malaysia and SEA fans

Analysis: For Malaysian and SEA anime fans, the Netflix performance is a useful signal of how mainstream Jujutsu Kaisen has become outside the usual anime-only platforms. No, this does not confirm any new Malaysia-specific release or event plan. But when a shonen series can hit Netflix’s global non-English chart after just a few days of expanded availability, it shows the franchise still has serious pull with casual streamers, not just hardcore manga readers.

That momentum could make upcoming announcements feel even bigger, especially with the anime celebrating its fifth anniversary this year.

Juju Fest may be the next big update point

Jujutsu Kaisen is also closing out its fifth anniversary celebrations with Juju Fest, happening on August 29 and 30 at K Arena Yokohama. The event will feature voice actors performing as their characters on stage, along with live performances from artists tied to the anime’s opening and ending themes.

Fans are naturally watching the event closely for franchise updates, including possible Season 4 news. Nothing is guaranteed yet, but with Netflix numbers rising and the anniversary event around the corner, Jujutsu Kaisen clearly is not slowing down.
