Mega Man’s Roll Is Getting Her Giant Figure Re-Release After 10 Years

Roll fans, your shelf is about to get a proper glow-up. Capcom and X-Plus are bringing back the Gigantic Series Mega Man Roll figure in August 2026, giving collectors another shot at a release that has been out of circulation for around a decade.

This Roll figure originally came out in March 2016, so by the time the re-release lands, it will be more than 10 years since her first debut. For Mega Man collectors, especially those who missed the original run, this is one of those “don’t sleep again” moments.

The figure is part of X-Plus’ Gigantic Series, and yes, the name is very literal. Roll stands at almost one foot tall, which makes her more of a statement display piece than a small desk figure. She comes in her classic outfit and is made entirely from PVC vinyl.

Pricing depends on where you order. Over on e-Capcom, the figure is listed at 16,500 yen, which is around US$105 — roughly in the RM490-RM510 range before shipping, depending on exchange rates. Capcom’s store supports worldwide shipping through WorldShopping, so Malaysian and SEA fans can technically order direct without needing a forwarding address.

There is also an extra reason to consider the e-Capcom route: buying directly from Capcom includes a bonus rubber strap keychain. That keychain features a chibi-style version of Roll and measures about four inches tall. Not bad if you like little extras, though shipping and proxy handling fees may decide whether it is worth it.

For those who prefer anime figure retailers, AmiAmi also has Roll listed at around US$89, which should be cheaper upfront before shipping. Malaysian collectors already familiar with AmiAmi will know the usual game here: compare the final checkout total, shipping method, and customs risk before deciding. Sometimes the lower item price gets eaten up by delivery fees, bro.

This Roll re-release also follows the return of the Gigantic Series Mega Man figure earlier in 2026. The Mega Man figure first launched in May 2015, then received re-releases in November 2016 and July 2026. Mega Man will return first in July 2026, with Roll following in August.

For SEA fans, the timing is pretty nice. Mega Man has always had that old-school console culture pull here — the kind of series many Malaysian players discovered through older PlayStation, Game Boy Advance, or emulator-era gaming. Roll getting a big re-release is not exactly a new game announcement, but it does show Capcom still sees value in the classic Mega Man cast beyond just the Blue Bomber himself.

Collectors should keep one thing in mind: this is a large figure, so international shipping could be painful. If you are ordering to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, or the Philippines, check box size estimates and shipping options before committing. The figure price is only one part of the final damage.

Still, if your Mega Man shelf has been missing Roll for the past 10 years, this is a rare second chance. She returns in Japan in August 2026, with a wider worldwide release planned after that.
