The Honor of Kings Invitational SEA 2025 is Tencent's flagship entry into the Southeast Asian competitive scene. With a US$300,000 prize pool, this tournament represents the largest HoK esports investment in the region to date.

Group Stage (May 2–11, Online)
- 12 teams divided into 3 groups of 4
- Double round-robin, Best-of-3
- Top 2 from each group advance to playoffs
- 2 best third-place teams also advance
Playoffs (May 14–18, LAN in Bangkok)
- 8 teams in single-elimination bracket
- All matches Best-of-5
- Grand Finals: Best-of-7
